About Us:
- We are retired teachers, administrators, professionals and support personnel who have been employees of an English school board or private school in Quebec.
- We organize social, educational and community service activities with our members.
- We represent the interests of seniors through our participation in CART (the Canadian Association of Retired Teachers).
- We provide the services of a notary for general enquires.
- We publish a Newsletter twice a year. Booklets of poems, jokes and puzzles are shared between senior members twice a year.
Our Purpose:
- to provide a continuity in retirement for all educators previously enrolled in a provincial association,
- to provide information to educators concerning retirement opportunities and benefits,
- to arrange meetings and social events for retired educators for consultation and fellowship,
- to maintain a link with provincial associations, federal associations and other retirement groups,
- to attend to the needs and welfare of members of the Association.
